Description

Rogan Josh is a quintessential dish from Kashmiri cuisine, renowned for its rich, aromatic flavors and vibrant red color. Cooking Instructions

Take a pressure cooker and heat 2 tbsp. of ghee and add 1200g of mutton, then sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Add half a portion of Cookmaid Rogan Josh, 480ml of water, and mix well, then close the lid and cook until the meat is cooked.
Reduce the flame, add the remaining portion of gravy, mix well, and cook until the gravy is thick.
Serve hot.
