Cooking Instructions

Soak and cook 500g of Basmati rice with salt and whole spices until it's 75% cooked.
Heat 2-3 tbsp. of oil in a pan or pressure cooker and sauté 600g of chicken or mutton. Add half of the Cookmaid Hyderabad Biryani and 200ml of water, then cook until fully done, mix the remaining portion of Cookmaid Hyderabad Biryani.
In a heavy-bottomed pan, layer half of the prepared gravy, followed by half of the cooked rice, fried onions, and chopped mint and coriander leaves. Repeat the layering.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked.
Serve hot.
