Butter masala gravy is one of the most loved gravy in India. It is a rich and creamy gravy used in Indian cuisine, featuring a smooth texture and vibrant colour. Cooking Instructions

Heat 4 tbsp.of oil/butter in a skillet;add (800g of chicken curry cuts/500g of paneer cubes) and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes
Add cook Maid Butter Masala and saute for a minute.
Pour 400ml milk or water and cook until the meat is fully cooked, and gravy reaches your desired consistency.
Blend in50g of fresh cream and finish cooking.

*Add salt if required.

Add green chilli to make it spicy.
