Description

Known for its boldness and intensity, this curry is a must-try for anyone who enjoys spicy food and is looking for a taste of South India’s rich culinary tradition. 

  • Take a pressure cooker & heat 2 tbsp. of ghee & add 1200g of mutton, then sauté for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add half a portion of Cookmaid Andhra Curry and 360 ml of water, mix well, then close the lid and cook until the meat is cooked.
  • Reduce the flame and add the remaining portion of gravy and mix well & cook until the gravy is thick.
  • Serve hot.

* Add salt if required.
