Traditionally, Cafreal is a green, spicy, and tangy marinade made with a combination of coriander, mint, green chilies, and various other spices. Cookmaid Goan Cafreal is a luscious, fragrant sauce that perfectly coats the chicken.

  • Marinate 1000g of chicken pieces with 300g of Cookmaid Goan Cafreal and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Heat 6-7 tbsp. of oil in a pan and grill the marinated chicken pieces until fully cooked.
  • Add 150ml of water, mix thoroughly to form a thick paste, and finish cooking.
