Goan Xacuti is a flavorful and rich curry that is an essential part of Goan cuisine. Known for its depth of flavor and aromatic spices, this gravy is the base for the famous Goan Xacuti dish, typically made with chicken. What sets the curry apart is its complex, fragrant combination of roasted spices, fresh coconut, and tangy elements, creating a curry that is both comforting and vibrant.

  • Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, shallow fry 800g chicken pieces until half done
  • Add 300g of Cookmaid Goan Xacuti curry gravy and mix well
  • Add 300 ml water, cover with a lid and cook until the meat is fully cooked
  • Serve hot

Add green chilli to make it spicy
