Description

Red Roast Gravy refers to a flavorful South Indian dish that features a rich, spicy gravy. This dish is popular in Kerala cuisine and often showcases a deep reddish-brown color from the use of aromatic spices and the addition of ingredients such as turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, and Kashmiri red chili powder for color and mild heat.

  • Heat 4 Tbsp. Oil in a skillet, shallow fry 700g of chicken /mutton curry cuts/eggs)for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add of Cook maid Red Roast and sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Add  50ml of water, bring to boil
  • Reduce the flame to low and cook until the meat is fully cooked and the gravy is thick
  • Garnish and Serve Hot
  • Add salt if required. Add green chilly to make it spicy
