1. No Returns or Refunds:
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our food products. Cookmaid does not accept returns or refunds for food products. Once a food product has been purchased, the sale is considered final.
2. Exceptions:
In the rare event that a food product is received in a damaged or defective condition, Cookmaid may, at its discretion, offer a replacement for the affected item(s). To be eligible for a replacement, customers must notify Cookmaid of any issues with their order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will refund the amount with in 7 days, if eligible for the same.
