Description

Kerala Sambar is a traditional and beloved dish from the coastal state of Kerala in southern India. It is a hearty, flavorful, and slightly tangy lentil-based curry that is typically made with toor dal. Sambar is a staple in Kerala cuisine and is often served with rice, idli, dosa, or medu vada, making it a versatile dish that can be enjoyed at any meal of the day.

Cooking Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a skillet, add 250g of sambar cut vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add Cookmaid Kerala Sambar and 400 ml of water, then bring it to a boil
Cook the vegetables until they are fully cooked and reach the desired consistency.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
