  • Heat 4 tbsp.of oil/butter in a skillet;add (800g of chicken curry cuts/500g of paneer cubes) and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes
  • Add cook Maid Butter Masala and saute for a minute.
  • Pour 400ml milk or water and cook until the meat is fully cooked, and gravy reaches your desired consistency.
  • Blend in50g of fresh cream and finish cooking.

*Add salt if required.

Add green chilli to make it spicy.
