Description

Butter masala gravy is one of the most loved gravy in India. It is a rich and creamy gravy used in Indian cuisine, featuring a smooth texture and vibrant colour. Made from tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of spices, it's enriched with butter or cream and cashew paste for a luxurious taste. This versatile gravy is a staple in dishes like butter chicken and paneer butter masala, renowned for its indulgent flavour profile and velvety consistency.

  • Heat 4 tbsp.of oil/butter in a skillet;add (800g of chicken curry cuts/500g of paneer cubes) and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes
  • Add cook Maid Butter Masala and saute for a minute.
  • Pour 400ml milk or water and cook until the meat is fully cooked, and gravy reaches your desired consistency.
  • Blend in50g of fresh cream and finish cooking.

*Add salt if required.

Add green chilli to make it spicy.
