Description

Palak Curry is a delicious and nutritious Indian dish made primarily with spinach (palak) as the key ingredient. The dish features a rich, smooth gravy made by cooking spinach with various aromatic spices like garlic, ginger, coriander, turmeric.

The earthy taste of spinach is balanced with the warmth of the spices, creating a savory dish that pairs wonderfully with roti, naan, or rice. Palak Curry is both healthy and hearty, packed with vitamins and iron, making it a great option for anyone looking to add more greens to their diet. 

For Paneer

  • Heat 3 tbsp. of butter in a pan, then add Cookmaid Palak Curry and sauté for a minute.
  • Add 200ml of water and cook until the gravy thickens.
  • Add 200g of paneer cubes and cook until tender.

For Chicken

  • Heat 3 tbsp. of butter in a pan, add 700g of chicken, and sauté for a minute.
  • Add half of the Cookmaid Palak Curry and 200ml of water. Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add the remaining portion of Cookmaid Palak Curry and cook until the gravy reaches the desired consistency.

Finish with 50g of fresh cream, stir well, and serve hot.
