Description

Nadan Fish Curry, a traditional delicacy from south Kerala is a flavorful dish that showcases fish in a spicy and tangy gravy. Prepared with a blend of carefully selected red chilli, kudampuli(kokum), this curry reflects the rich culinary heritage of Kerala, striking a perfect harmony between spiciness and tanginess for a delicious dining experience. Best enjoyed with steamed rice, puttu or appam, Nadan Fish Curry is a true representation of the bold and vibrant flavours inherent in kerala cuisines. 

  • In a pan,empty the Cook Maid Nadan Fish Curry pouch and add 400ml of water.
  • Add 750g of fish and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the flame to simmer an cook the fish until it's fully cooked.
  • Finish by adding a teaspoon of coconut oil on top and serve once cooled down.

*Add salt if required.

Add green chilli to make it spicy.
