Description

Madurai Chukka Gravy is a delectable South Indian dish renowned for its aromatic spices. The spices used include a blend of coriander, cumin, black pepper, and fennel seeds, which give it a distinctive aroma and flavor.

  • Heat 2 tbsp.oil in a pan,add 800g of chicken curry cuts and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add Cook Maid Madurai Chukka and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add 200ml of water and cook until the meat is fully cooked,and gravy reaches your desired consistency.

(For mutton add 800g of mutton curry cuts a cooker along with Cook Maid Madurai Chukka and pressure cook until the meat is cooked,open the lid,reduce the flame to simmer and cook until the gravy is thick).

  • Garnish and serve hot.

*Add salt if required.
