Cooking Instructions

Heat 4 tbsp. of ghee in a pan, then add 1500g of chicken/prawns (for semi-gravy, use 1000g of chicken) or 800g of paneer cubes. Shallow fry until the chicken/prawns are half done or the paneer is lightly browned.
Add Cookmaid Mangalore Ghee Roast and 150ml water, mix well.
Reduce the flame to simmer and cook until the meat is fully cooked.
Serve hot.

* Add salt if required.
Add green chilli to make it spicy.
