How To Cook Paneer Butter Masala
Heat 4 tbsp of oil/butter in a skillet; add 500g of paneer Cubes and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add 300g of Cookmaid Butter Masala gravy and sauté for a minute.
Pour 400ml of water / milk and cook until the paneer is fully Cooked, and gravy reaches your desired consistency.
Blend in 50g of fresh cream and finish cooking .
Add salt if required. Add green chilly to make it spicy
How To Cook Mushroom Pepper Roast
Heat 4 Tbsp Oil in a skillet and shallow fry 700g of mushroom for 3-5 minutes
Add 300g of Cookmaid Pepper Roast and sauté for 3 mins
Reduce the flame to low and cook until the mushroom is fully cooked and the gravy is thick. Add water to maintain desired consistency

Add 50ml of water, bring to boil
Reduce the flame to low and cook until the panner is fully cooked and the gravy is thick
Garnish and Serve Hot

How To Cook Paneer Lajawab Curry
Cook 700g of paneer in a pan with 300ml water until the paneer is cooked.
Add 300g of Cookmaid Lajawab Gravy and continue cooking until the gravy reaches your desired consistency.
